by Laura A. Mc Coy on 2017-11-14

As the new century 2400 dawns, the local neighborhood of the solar system is crowded with traffic and dangerous abandoned space junk. Scientists document concern for Earth's resources and set a clear directive. Mankind must move past local habitual comfort to explore for new resources despite threats to life and limitations of current science. The Regency coordinates scientist to design the Space Station to live and grow in the Heliopause section of space just out side of the solar system known for compressed turbulent solar winds. They accept the challenges of maintaining light and growing food and look forward to developing energy efficient space sailing in space.
